This week’s run profile presents a steep climb around Mile 1 of the planned 3.8 miles.  The rest of the course is less scary!  Get through that first mile and you’re all set!

Running through the Eastover neighborhood once again this week.  Weather temps will be upper 40’s with a good chance of some drizzle at some point.
